We actively sponsor the global development of the Search Fund Model (SFM), partnering with exceptional individuals as they search for, acquire, and operate small and medium-sized businesses, with the goal of achieving an optimal long-term liquidity event.
Latin America Independent Sponsor: VCP identifies asymmetric investment opportunities across Latin America and deploys deal-by-deal dedicated funds. Our strong regional presence, deep network, and proven track record in investing and operating in Latin America are central to executing this strategy successfully.
